I often get emails from people who ask me where they can buy Manga, so I thought I should open this section.
Well, I have to say that I am a poor Manga fan (c'mon pity me ^^;) because I live in a country where there's not a single Japanese bookstore or a comic shop where you can order Manga in Japanese. It's really a sad thing. So all I can do is getting my Japanese Manga via the Internet. But that's okay 'cause there are some real good places where you can get your things, only shipping can be high. It depends where you live.

Jpqueen
In my opinion this is the best Onlineshop. I buy lots of Manga from Jpqueen. You can find a lot of Manga by just typing the title into the text field and you can also see larger cover scans and sometimes sample pages. Older manga are really cheap (~3.50 or even less) and the qualtity of them is always good (even those that are ranked as C). It's a good place to find old Manga, but they also have new ones in stock for $6.90. I also like that they have this table for shipping prices and that you can choose how you want you Manga to be shipped. I let them ship my things via Air Mail and usually get my stuff after 7-10 days.
Animaxis
Animaxis sells Manga very cheap, but shipping isn't. They ship via EMS so it's possible that you have to pay $10 for one Manga only for shipping. But they are FAST. I remember that I made my paypal payment Thursday night and I got my package on Saturday in the morning *_* Well I only buy stuff there if I see Manga I can't find anywhere else.
Ebay
Yeah, I also buy some Manga on ebay. It's especially cheap when you buy Manga sets, thy are sometimes sold there. You have to be lucky ^_^ Some auctions start at $1, it's pretty cool.
Mandarake LA
Mandarake is Japan's biggest used Manga store. Online I've bought from Mandaraka LA (the shop in America) twice and I was really satisfied. They are fast and the prices are okay. There's also a Japanese Mandarake site which I don't know the adress of at the moment. Can somebody help?

I just bought from Amazon USA so far, but I think Amazon is reliable worldwide. The prices of the Manga are cheap, but I think shippin and packaging isn't. If I got it right, it costs about $12 per Manga. But I might be wrong, because many of my friends are still buying their Manga from Amazon.jp, I never really asked them.
Animate
Actually it was me who bought from Animate, but it was during my stay in Japan, so not online. You just might try, Animate is really great. Their stock is big and it's not too expensive. Maybe shipping is.
